Did you follow the procedure?

Installed
Disconnect the internet.
Disable security of windows defender and antivirus if you have any.
Replace the crack file.
Then open it.

you have to uninstall the previously installed Vegas pro 17 and they you have to to install the program fresh from given file. After that you need to run the crack that will come after the setup file. Use that crack
